    We're Hiring: Behavioral Therapist Sign on Bonus Location: Winds of Change | Pay: Salary $49,920 -$62,400 annually; based on experience and licensure. Responsibilities: • Provide group and individual therapy to patients and families, using evidence-based approaches • Develop treatment plans based on the patient's values, goals, and health using comments from the patient's treatment team and support system • Assess client needs and build customized solutions for behavior issues while establishing individual targets and goals • Perform regular wellness checks by phone to inquire about behavioral health status and medication adherence • Ensure that all relevant clinical information is documented properly and sent to the patient, their referring healthcare provider, and the treatment team Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed • Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications • Must have 1-3 years of behavioral health experience in a clinical setting • Licensure in the state you reside as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or the equivalent is required • High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent • Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) license • SWLC (Social Worker Licensure) or PCLC (Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate) candidates are welcome to apply • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations • An analytical mindset with attention to detail in treatment planning and documentation Compensation: $49,920 - $62,400 annually DOE
