We are currently seeking a warm, experienced, and motivated Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will be available for a flexible caseload of 10–20 hours per week and open to working daytime, evening, or weekend hours.

Your Role
Conduct intake assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Adhere to clinical, ethical, and licensing standards.
Engage in regular team meetings and supervision.
What We're Looking For
Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active licensure in Illinois as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
Comfortable working with a range of client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with best practices in mental health care.
Passion for delivering exceptional therapy in a warm, respectful, and culturally responsive manner.
Strong organizational skills and clinical documentation habits.
Availability for 10–20 client hours per week (telehealth and/or in-person).
