What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you’ll provide therapeutic services to older adults in senior living settings—bringing empathy, clinical skill, and creativity to every interaction. You’ll have the flexibility to design your schedule and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to older adults

Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and facility staff

Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards

Participate in team meetings, training, and program development

Contribute ideas to help shape our evolving care model
