Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston is a growing mental health and wellness agency serving the area through in-person and virtual individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as psychological assessments. Responsibilities Include:
Provide clinical supervision to Limited Licensed Psychologists (LLPs), ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices
Conduct and oversee comprehensive psychological assessments, including test selection, administration, interpretation, and report writing
Offer expert case consultation and guidance on complex clinical cases for LLPs
Ensure all supervised activities and personal practice strictly comply with all relevant state and federal regulations and professional ethical standards
Maintain accurate and confidential client and supervisory records
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Doctorate degree in a psychology from an accredited college or university
Valid Michigan Licensed Psychologist (LP) licensure
In-depth knowledge of psychometric principles, various assessment instruments, and advanced interpretation skills
Proven track record of effective supervision, including providing constructive feedback, fostering professional growth, setting clear expectations, and managing supervisee performance and ethical challenges
Superior ability to write comprehensive, clear, and defensible psychological reports and communicate complex assessment findings and clinical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive supervision and conduct assessments appropriate for and responsive to individuals from diverse backgrounds
Experience utilizing relevant technological tools for documentation, data management, and assessment administration/scoring
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
