    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in working with children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health and developmental needs of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic testing, and clinical evaluations for children and adolescents.

    Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools to support accurate and thorough diagnoses.

    Prepare detailed, timely, and clinically sound psychological evaluation reports, including assessment results and treatment recommendations.

    Maintain comprehensive, confidential, and compliant documentation for all client interactions and services provided.

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, case managers, and medical professionals to support integrated care.

    Attend and participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development/training.

    Qualifications:

    Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

    Current, active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, registered/valid in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

    Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments with children and adolescents.

    Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.

    Excellent report-writing and documentation skills with attention to clinical detail and clarity.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across disciplines.

    Commitment to ethical standards, client-centered care, and culturally responsive practice.

    Benefits:

    Salary range of $70,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
