Job Summary We are seeking a LCSW to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to optimize patient care when appropriate

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted therapy license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
