Gifted Enterprises LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their growing team in Hampton Virginia. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Connect clients with community resources, support services, and referrals

Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Virginia

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or social services setting

Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)

Strong clinical documentation and case management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse client populations

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
