Job Summary

THESeeds Institute is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health and behavioral health services within a trauma-informed care environment. The LCSW will play a critical role in supporting individuals through assessments, counseling, and collaborative care planning.

Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations

Provide individual therapy and behavioral health support

Develop personalized treatment plans

Perform risk assessments and crisis interventions

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including peer specialists and case managers

Provide community-based support and patient education

Assist with care coordination and referrals

Qualifications

Active LCSW license in Maryland

Experience providing behavioral health or mental health services

Knowledge of trauma-informed and integrated care models

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in both clinical and community-based settings

Requirements

Current unrestricted license

Minimum 25 hours weekly availability

Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and documentation skills
