What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll support older adults through therapeutic services, care coordination, and advocacy. You’ll bring warmth, clinical expertise, and creativity to your sessions while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative spirit that comes with working in a supportive startup environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy tailored to the needs of older adults

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized care plans

Coordinate with families, caregivers, and senior living staff to ensure continuity of care

Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling when needed

Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training
