About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers working toward full licensure. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other therapists and wants to work in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation

Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy

Supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LCSW/LICSW licensure

Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision

Develop creative interventions based on client needs and goals

Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals

Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training

Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S)

5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred

Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama

Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation

Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries

Experience working with diverse client populations

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus

Insurance credentialing experience preferred

Ability to successfully complete a background check
