Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed outpatient therapist to provide services to adults, children/adolescents, or both, based on your training and preference. Clinicians may focus on psychiatric (mental health) therapy, substance use treatment, or an integrated combination of both. Caseloads are built to align with your clinical expertise and professional interests.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy
Offer psychiatric/mental health therapy, substance use treatment, or both, depending on licensure and experience
Work with adults, children/adolescents, or both, as preferred
Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Develop treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care
Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed
Collect and evaluate clinical data to guide treatment and referrals
Manage a specialized caseload and provide case management services
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and external agencies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
Participate in clinical meetings, program development, and policy review
Contribute to trainings, workshops, and professional development
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Current licensure: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent
Degree from an accredited institution
Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong clinical counseling and therapeutic skills
Knowledge of psychiatric and/or substance use treatment models
Crisis intervention and case management experience
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Ability to evaluate treatment progress and modify interventions
Understanding of ethical, legal, and patient rights standards
Emotional resilience and professionalism in high-acuity situations
Strong assessment, interviewing, and documentation skills
