POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual, couples, or family psychotherapy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Gottman, etc.) to a diverse client population. Treatment Planning: Develop, monitor, and update individualized, measurable treatment goals in collaboration with patients. Clinical Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Crisis Intervention: Provide risk assessments and crisis management/de-escalation as needed, following established safety protocols. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in team huddles, peer consultations, and multidisciplinary care planning with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and auxiliary staff. Compliance: Adhere strictly to state licensing board guidelines, ethical standards (NASW Code of Ethics), HIPAA privacy rules, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution required. Licensure: Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of [State Name] (Required). Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or private practice preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems and telehealth platforms. Competencies: Strong diagnostic skills, excellent verbal and written communication, cultural humility, and the ability to work independently while engaging collaboratively with a team.
