Job Summary We are seeking a professional and caring licensed clinical social worker to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. Responsibilities

Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Refer clients to other providers when appropriate

Maintain documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Qualifications

LCSW

Currently licensed in New York State

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
