Bridges Healthcare is a telehealth platform that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families. We are expanding our network of licensed providers and looking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the state of Florida. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you play a pivotal role in supporting individuals, families, and communities through a variety of challenges. This position requires a deep commitment to understanding and addressing mental health issues, social inequalities, and personal crises. This role will involve working with diverse populations to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via Telehealth Services.

Responsibilities and Duties -

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Offer crisis intervention and support

Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals

Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies

Advocate for clients' needs and rights

Coordinate with community resources and services

Participate in continuing education and professional development

Telehealth: psychotherapy, alcohol & drug addiction, suicide prevention, medical SW, chemical dependency, cognitive processing therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy

Clinical oversight and leadership

Supervise MSW and BSW staff in their client interventions

Conduct regular supervision sessions to review caseloads and ensure quality of care

Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Utilize coding systems to document services provided

Qualifications and Skills:

Must hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC within the state of Florida - Required

Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting

Specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or child welfare

Strong knowledge of community resources and social services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Experience with group therapy and counseling

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly

Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice

Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience

Comprehensive understanding of clinical social work practices

Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to social work

Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

** Must possess the ability to supervise LCSWA, MSWs needing supervision or BSW interns - Required
