Therapy My Way, P.C. is an outpatient mental health practice seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual psychotherapy to a steady caseload. We’re looking for a clinician who is warm, reliable, and committed to high-quality care. Additionally, we are seeking someone who is comfortable providing therapy to children and communicating with parents. This is a position that requires working evenings and one weekend day.

What you’ll do

Provide individual psychotherapy (and groups/couples if trained)

Maintain timely documentation (treatment plans, progress notes) in our EHR

Participate in case consultation and team collaboration

Coordinate referrals and care as needed

Uphold ethical and professional standards

Provide supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.

What We're Looking For

Active LCSW license (NY) in good standing

Strong communication, boundaries, and documentation habits

Experience with children
