    Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a mission-driven healthcare organization in Sumterville, Florida. This is a full-time, outpatient position focused on individual therapy with a manageable caseload and strong work-life balance.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • $68,000–$75,000 annual salary, based on experience

    Schedule and Work-Life Balance

    • Monday through Friday

    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • 4×10 schedule considered

    • No nights

    • No weekends

    • Outpatient setting only

    Position Overview

    • Provide individual psychotherapy to patients of all ages

    • Develop, monitor, and coordinate treatment plans

    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals

    • Apply case management skills to address social, financial, and psychological factors impacting health

    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health record systems

    • Manage a reasonable and sustainable caseload

    Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

    • Active LCSW or LMHC license (in good standing)

    • Experience providing individual therapy

    • Comfort using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
