About the Role

We're seeking an LCSW-S who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care while supporting therapists pursuing full licensure. This role combines direct client care with clinical supervision in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans

Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy

Supervise pre-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure

Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and feedback to supervisees

Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, medical personnel, and community supports

Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training

Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field

Active Florida LCSW-S licensure and approved supervisor designation

5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred

Completed required clinical supervisor training

Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation

Strong communication skills and professional boundaries

Experience working with diverse populations

Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Valant experience preferred

Insurance credentialing experience preferred

Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening
