Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – 1099 Contractor

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89030 Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Percentage-based pay per session (competitive split)

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services

Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Manage and retain an assigned caseload

Adhere to ethical, legal, and Nevada state licensing requirements

Requirements

Active Nevada LCSW license (required)

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Ability to work independently as a contractor

Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills

Experience with EHR systems preferred
