LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW)

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Work - LCSW – Social Services

Rate: Up to $2400.00 weekly + benefits from day 1!

Location: Worcester, MA

Day (8H) - (5x8-hour) 8A-4:30P

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Experience

• One (1) to three (3) years in specialty required.
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Required hospital/medical social work in a Level 1 Trauma facility.
• Required Level 1 ED Trauma Unit

Licenses/Certifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of employment.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups.
• Participate in case management and follow-up services.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health and social work.
