    Come join a rapidly expanding group practice in Cherry Hill! For this role, we are specifically looking for a fully licensed supervisor (LPC, LCSW) to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Assess for mental health diagnoses, develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

    Maintain clinical caseload of twenty (20) sessions per week

    Provide individual and group Clinical Supervision to pre-licensed therapists and student interns working towards their full license

    Assist with onboarding and training new staff

    Provide administrative support by connecting clients with a therapist who best meets their needs

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

    Qualifications and Skills

    Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

    Fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) with a valid license in the state of New Jersey with at least 3 years experience

    Supervisor credential (ACS, or Social Work Supervisor)

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    Preferred experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families

    Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, including the use of culturally sustaining and humble approaches

    Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.), telehealth systems, and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

    Ability to pass a background check

    Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
