    Licensed Clinical Supervisor

    We are actively seeking a mission-driven Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join a new, 24-hour Medical Treatment Center in Albuquerque, NM. This facility is designed to provide low-acuity, high-impact care to individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental health needs.     About the Facility

    This brand-new center serves as a diversion from local emergency departments by accepting patients from law enforcement, EMS, sobering centers, and Albuquerque’s ACS program. The facility supports 30 beds, serving up to 50 clients daily in a non-acute, stabilization-focused setting.

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Full-time, exempt position
    • Monday through Friday
    • Shifts based on program needs, generally between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Salary range: $75,000 – $83,000 annually, based on experience and licensure
    • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance
    • PSLF eligibility
    • PTO + paid holidays
    • 401(k) with full vesting after 4 years (100% match on first 3%, up to 5%)
    • Profit-sharing potential

    Qualifications

    • Must be licensed in the state of New Mexico as one of the following:

      • LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)

      • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

      • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

    • Strong background in substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices
    • Prior supervisory experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, especially in high-stress settings
    • Familiarity with Credible EMR or similar documentation systems

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support Case Managers in their day-to-day operations
    • Provide clinical oversight of patient care and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices
    • Deliver motivational interviewing and clinical intervention strategies
    • Coach case managers on triaging new client intakes and routing individuals to the appropriate level of care
    • Facilitate team discussions and trainings focused on:

      • Emotional regulation for both staff and clients

      • De-escalation strategies

      • Workload optimization and efficiency improvement

    • Support staff in chart documentation standards using Credible EMR
    • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers on co-occurring disorders treatment planning
    • Contribute to an environment of clinical growth, accountability, and compassion
