Licensed Clinical Therapist (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S or LMFT) At Align Psychiatry and Wellness, we support children and adults through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, with psychotherapy at the heart of healing. Our practice is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a genuine sense of belonging, for both our clients and our team.
We believe therapists do their best work when they can focus on what matters most: patient care. That is why we provide a dedicated administrative team to manage scheduling and billing, along with OptiMantra, a streamlined EHR designed to make documentation efficient and stress-free. Enjoy flexibility in choosing your workdays and hours, with the expectation of seeing 7-8 patients per day.
Role Description
This position is ideal for an independently licensed clinician (LISW, LPCC, or IMFT); however, we also welcome candidates who hold an LSW and are actively working toward independent licensure. You’ll provide therapy services to individuals, children (ages 6+), families, and/or groups, supporting clients through life transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns in a warm, patient-centered environment.
