Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist Associate to join our expanding behavioral health team. In this role, you will assess, support, and treat clients of all ages under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician. You’ll have the opportunity to provide individual, couples, and family therapy while developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions for diverse populations.
Collaborate with supervisors, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care.
Engage in regular supervision meetings to support clinical development and licensure progression.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging mental-health research.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
Active Associate License (LPC-A, LMSW, or LMFTA) in the applicant’s respective state.
Experience or willingness to work with children, adolescents, and families.
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and active-listening skills.
Commitment to ethical standards, professional growth, and quality client care.
Must agree to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
