Role Description
This position is ideal for an independently licensed clinician (LISW, LPCC, or IMFT); however, we also welcome candidates who hold an LSW and are actively working toward independent licensure. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule (3 days per week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice and caseload develop.
You’ll provide therapy services to individuals, children (ages 6+), families, and/or groups, supporting clients through life transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns in a warm, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team as needed
Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
Active, unrestricted Ohio license (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or LPCC-S)
Active LSW
Experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
