EDNI Counseling Services is excited to expand our services to include outpatient care. As a community-based organization, we provide short-term Intensive In-Community (IIC) counseling to support youth and their families in developing positive, effective, strength-based, personalized skills for a healthy and productive life. We are thrilled to introduce this new service and invite you to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking 1-2 Part-Time licensed clinicians (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or LMFT) with the potential for Full-Time opportunities in the future. We aim to build a team of experts dedicated to serving our clients effectively and providing robust support to our team of clinicians. We seek motivated, passionate, and collaborative individuals to join us.
We are particularly interested in candidates with specializations in (but not limited to):
Trauma
Pregnancy, prenatal, post-partum
Personality Disorders
LGBTQ+
ADHD
Depression / Anxiety
Couples Counseling
Child/Play Therapist
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $65 per clinical hour
Autonomy: Control over your client load and work schedule
Hybrid Work Environment: Combination of in-person (required) and remote workdays

Established Infrastructure: Office systems and infrastructure already in place
Administrative Support: We handle all billing, scheduling, client assignments, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Active NJ licensure in LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or LMFT (Required)
Education:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Required)
Experience:
1 year of minimum experience working in the mental health field (Preferred)
Job Type:
Fee for Service, Contractor
Hours per week: Minimum of 10 sessions/week
