We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. What You’ll Do • Identify, evaluate, and pursue commercial real estate opportunities across office, industrial, retail, and investment sectors • Conduct in‑depth market research and financial analysis to advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies • Originate and negotiate transactions from initial underwriting through contract execution and closing • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors • Market properties using a combination of strategic positioning, technology platforms, and direct outreach • Collaborate with senior brokers and team members while managing your own career within the firm’s business-driven framework What We’re Looking For • Active California Real Estate License • Strong knowledge of San Francisco and Bay Area commercial real estate markets • Proven ability to source deals, negotiate effectively, and close transactions • Highly motivated, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in an independent, performance‑based environment • Tech‑savvy, with the ability to leverage CRM tools, market data, and digital marketing platforms • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills Why Join Us • Locally owned and operated—no bureaucracy, no corporate red tape • Business-driven culture that rewards initiative, creativity, and results • Collaborative environment with direct access to experienced principals • Opportunity to build a long‑term career and personal brand in the Bay Area market Responsibilities: • Research the local market and analyze data to identify and evaluate potential customers • Facilitate transactions by negotiating contracts with clients • Create a strategic book of leads for acquisition targets • Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation • Assist clients during walk-throughs to understand their needs and budget • Advertise properties to tenants and landlords, providing relevant information • Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM platform or database • Build and nurture relationships with tenants and landlords to drive renewals and recommendations • Update listings of available properties and monitor their status • Assist in completing paperwork for real estate transactions Qualifications: • Must hold a valid California real estate license • Should have at least 3 years of experience working in the Real Estate industry • Excellent understanding of the local market in the San Francisco Bay Area • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently • Strong focus on personal development and goal-oriented mindset; keen attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial • Proficient in marketing and advertising practices • Prior experience in Sales is a must • Bachelor's or Associate's degree with state-mandated coursework in real estate is required Compensation: $144,500+ commission at plan
