Responsibilities: • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Compensation: $100,000+ commission based income
