Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • Skilled in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $100,000 - $500,000 yearly
