    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform administrative and office tasks, oversee day-to-day operations of community associations, and ensure compliance with Florida Statutes. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional to make a positive impact on the communities we serve. Salary starting from $60,000 plus profit sharing depending on the individual’s experience and qualifications. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the daily operations of community associations, including budget management.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant Florida Statutes, including preparing reports and maintaining required documentation.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

    Facilitate and attend board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing expert advice on community association management.

    Oversee and coordinate the enforcement of association rules and regulations.

    Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, contracts, and correspondence.

    Qualifications:

    Must hold a current Florida CAM license.

    Proven experience in community association management and property management.

    Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and regulations governing community associations.

    Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience managing multiple community associations simultaneously.

    Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.

    Familiarity with modern property management software.
