Responsibilities: • Perform luxury scalp treatments, blowouts, and styling services • Deliver a personalized, welcoming, and professional client experience • Educate clients on proper hair and scalp health, products, and at-home care • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment spaces • Stay current on trends, styles, and advanced hair wellness techniques • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on client satisfaction and high-quality service Qualifications: • Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required) • Strong skills in blowouts, styling, and overall haircare • Excellent client service and communication skills • Interest in scalp care, luxury beauty services, and wellness-focused treatments • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, preferred • Positive, polished, and professional presence Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 yearly
