Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Allstate Agency

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and protecting the relationships that keep our agency strong. You will assist policyholders with coverage questions, policy changes, billing concerns, and claims support — ensuring every customer receives professional, knowledgeable, and caring service.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to existing customers in person, over the phone, and electronically
Process policy changes such as endorsements, coverage adjustments, ID cards, and billing updates
Assist customers with claims reporting and follow-up support
Review policies with customers to ensure proper coverage and identify protection gaps
Support account retention efforts and proactively reach out to prevent cancellations
Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Work collaboratively with sales team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Help maintain agency organization and operational efficiency
Job Qualifications
Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
Willing to obtain Property and Casualty license if not already licensed (licensing support provided)
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help others
