What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, processing changes, and resolving concerns promptly

Manage policy updates, billing inquiries, and coverage adjustments

Educate customers on policy options, coverage details, and available discounts

Identify opportunities for additional protection and refer them to the appropriate team member

Ensure accuracy in all transactions and maintain thorough documentation

Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and proactive communication

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

Friendly, dependable, and eager to help others

Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
