Our award-winning Allstate agency is growing! We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Answer customer calls and emails
Help with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates
Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed
Keep clear notes on each customer interaction
Recommend additional policies when appropriate
Provide life insurance referrals
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service & communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team mindset
Comfortable learning computer systems
Insurance experience a plus (not required)
Spanish-speaking a plus
