AA Lares Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a P&C-licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, and being a key part of an insurance agency’s day-to-day success.

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent service to personal and/or commercial lines clients

Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals

Assist clients with coverage questions and problem resolution

Process new business, rewrites, and renewals accurately and efficiently

Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and policy issues

Support producers and account managers as needed

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty insurance license

Prior insurance customer service experience preferred

Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines coverages

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
