After 34 years serving Farmington Hills and the surrounding Oakland County community, Jay Swindle – State Farm Agent is adding one person to our team.
This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and wants to be part of a small, professional team.
We are not a call center. Our customers know us by name, and we take pride in building long-term relationships and providing clear, reliable service.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries
Process new insurance applications and policy updates
Support clients through the claims process
Review coverage details and explain options clearly
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
Work closely with a small team to deliver a strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, on-site position
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
