About the Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. You’ll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks, support customer sales & service efforts, and ensure efficient office operations.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Process insurance documents, applications, and policy changes

✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales

✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs

✅ Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism

✅ Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Obtain an insurance in the state of Wisconsin for P&C within 90 days.

✔ Previous administrative or office support experience (insurance experience a plus!)

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems

✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
