Conduct field audits and ride-alongs; provide onsite support when troubleshooting or quality risks require senior-level involvement.
Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, redlines, and commissioning checklists; ensure readiness for AHJ and utility inspections.

Active North Carolina Electrical License (Unlimited preferred), eligible to serve as a company qualifier under the existing license.
5+ years of commercial electrical experience with strong NEC knowledge and proficiency in reading and interpreting plan sets.
2+ years of experience leading crews in a foreman, superintendent, or supervisor capacity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, Project Managers, inspectors, and customers.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; comfortable working in varying job-site conditions.
