Mister Sparky Electric is hiring licensed Arkansas Electricians - residential/full journeyman or master to join our residential team in Central Arkansas.

We are a structured, growth-focused operation serving Little Rock, North Little Rock, Cabot, Sherwood, and surrounding areas. We provide steady residential work, organized scheduling, and strong operational support.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential electrical work in compliance with NEC and Arkansas local code • Diagnose, evaluate, and complete electrical projects safely and professionally • Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites • Document work accurately using company software • Represent the company with professionalism and punctuality

You will be supported by coordinated scheduling, stocked warehouse systems, and back-office staff who keep jobs moving efficiently.

Requirements

Active Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License – REQUIRED

Minimum 3 years residential electrical experience

Strong understanding of NEC and common residential applications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Compensation & Opportunity

$28–$38 per hour based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated capability.

Additional earning opportunities may be available depending on production, expanded responsibilities, and overall performance.
