The Licensed Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting Escrow Officers in managing real estate transactions, including opening and closing escrow files.
• Communicating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Reviewing and auditing closing documents to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Coordinating the collection and disbursement of funds while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Organizing and maintaining documentation and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Valid Escrow License in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction roles.
• Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
