Professional Objectives: To deliver the treatments according to protocols and guarantee the guest the ultimate experience. Also, Estheticians must portray a professional self-image and have treatment/product technical knowledge and skills. Invest in self-education to ensure growth.

Position Responsibilities:

· Ability to perform facial treatments such as HydraFacial, SkinPen Microneedling and Chemical Peels according to protocol

· Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience

· Discovers the guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations

· Presents a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers

· Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle

· Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation

· Actively builds repeat clientele

· Assists with laundry and spa cleaning

· Maintains treatment suite inventory and other organizational tasks

· Open to coaching, roleplaying, and improvements to perfect skills

· Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution

· Assists new team members

· Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics

· Is a team player and assists others without being asked

· Maintains a positive and professional attitude

Desired Qualifications:

· Valid license

· Skilled in HydraFacial’s, SkinPen Microneedling, Chemical Peels, RF Microneedling and knowledge of products lines (ZO, Alastin and Plated experience is a plus)

· Guest service oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate experience

· Ability to follow protocols and directions

· Drive for continuing education
