Key Responsibilities:

* **Perform a comprehensive range of facial and skincare treatments — including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy — ensuring optimal safety, precision, and effectiveness for every client.**
*  **Conduct thorough skin analyses and in-depth consultations to design personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific skin concerns, goals, and conditions.**
*  **Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, pre- and post-treatment protocols, and strategies for maintaining overall skin health and vitality.**
*  **Recommend and create tailored at-home regimens to complement in-clinic treatments and support long-term results.**
*  **Evaluate and document clients' skin conditions with attention to sensitivities, allergies, and contraindications, modifying treatment protocols as needed to ensure comfort and safety.**
*  **Maintain detailed and accurate client records, tracking treatment history, outcomes, and progress to ensure consistency and continuity of care.**
*  **Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control by maintaining a sanitized, organized, and professional treatment environment at all times.**

Requirements:

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Salary: $19 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission
