About the Role:
Join our team as a Licensed Esthetician and provide top-tier skincare services. You will guide clients through advanced facial treatments, educate them on at-home care, and ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable spa experience.

Compensation: $19/hour + tips + retail commissions
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, chemical peels, and other specialized skin treatments

• Assess client skin conditions and recommend effective solutions

• Educate clients on skincare routines and product selection

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Promote spa services, products, and memberships

Qualifications:

• Current Esthetician License (required)

• Experience in facial treatments and skin rejuvenation

• Knowledge of skincare products and techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
