Licensed Esthetician – Help Launch TBB Glow Bar

The Brow Bar Beauty Co. | Dallas, TX Part-Time | $12–$15/hour based on experience + Tips + Commission

The Brow Bar Beauty Co. is launching a new skincare branch this fall: TBB Glow Bar.

We’re looking for a licensed esthetician who wants more than a treatment-room position. You’ll join us at the beginning and help establish, develop and grow TBB Glow Bar within our existing beauty business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a true growth mindset—someone who is coachable, takes initiative, welcomes feedback and wants to build both a clientele and a long-term career.

Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

TBB Glow Bar will provide approachable, non-medical skincare services inside The Brow Bar Beauty Co. You’ll receive the support of an established brand, existing clientele, training and company marketing while helping shape a new branch from the ground up.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Strengthen your facial and consultation skills

Build and retain your own clientele

Help refine the TBB Glow Bar guest experience

Participate in service launches, promotions and content

Contribute ideas as the concept develops

Increase your responsibilities and earning potential as we grow

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be dependable, professional, hungry to learn and willing to take ownership of your growth.

What You’ll Do

Perform customized introductory and maintenance facials

Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate home care

Create a relaxing, elevated and consistent guest experience

Educate guests about skincare without high-pressure selling

Recommend professional skincare products when appropriate

Rebook guests and build long-term client relationships

Maintain excellent sanitation and treatment-room standards

Participate in ongoing education, coaching and hands-on training

Support occasional social-media and content creation

Help test and improve TBB Glow Bar services and systems

Work with leadership to help establish and grow this new branch

We’re Looking for Someone Who

Holds a current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license

Loves skincare and facial services

Has strong foundational facial knowledge and technique

Is comfortable working with different skin types

Communicates confidently and professionally with guests

Is coachable and able to apply feedback

Takes initiative instead of waiting to be directed

Is dependable, consistent and accountable

Has a growth mindset and wants to keep improving

Is comfortable participating in occasional social-media content

Wants to actively build a clientele and career

Can work select evenings and/or weekends

Is excited to help launch something new—not simply step into an already-built position

Recent graduates are welcome. Experience is a plus, but attitude, professionalism, dependability and willingness to learn matter more to us.

Compensation and Growth

Starting pay: $12–$15/hour based on experience
