Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality esthetic services (facials, waxing, skincare consultations, etc.) in line with Varnish Lane's service standards.
• Specialize in eyebrow services and demonstrate strong waxing expertise in all areas.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, recommended products, and overall wellness practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Support daily shop operations when needed, including assisting with client check-ins, product recommendations, and team collaboration.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and client-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician License (required).
• 3+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred.
• Strong waxing skills, with a primary focus on eyebrow shaping and maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort.
• Team-oriented with a warm and professional demeanor.
