About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.

Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on client needs and skin type.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to sanitation protocols.

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Promote retail products and services to enhance client experience.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid state license in esthetics or cosmetology.

Previous experience in a spa or salon setting preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best.
