Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be a Licensed Esthtician in Pennsylvania

Must hold Esthetic Liability Insurance

Ability to provide excellent customer care by performing top-level services with a friendly and helpful attitude

Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients' skincare goals

Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars assigned by spa management

Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management

Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

Maintain professionalism at all times

Adhere to stringent cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
