    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Hold an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a spa or clinical setting

    Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to support the growth and success of peer estheticians

    Lead by example by delivering exceptional, top-tier services and upholding the highest standards in client care

    Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals

    Facilitate and participate in ongoing education, including hands-on training, workshops, and webinars

    Support spa management by helping to drive performance and meet sales and retail goals

    Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and excellence

    Support business growth by encouraging client retention, referrals, and membership conversions

    Ensure professionalism and cleanliness across therapy rooms and common areas, setting a high standard for the team
