    We are seeking a full-time Licensed Esthetician Team Lead who is passionate about skincare, guest experience, and team development. This role combines hands-on service delivery with leadership responsibilities, supporting estheticians in achieving individual and team goals while upholding Hand & Stone brand standards.

    Position Overview

    The Esthetician Team Lead is a working leader who provides top-level services while mentoring, supporting, and motivating the esthetics team. You will act as a resource for clinical excellence, product knowledge, and service consistency, partnering with spa management to drive performance, education, and guest satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Care & Services

    Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services to members and guests

    Design and recommend personalized, progressive treatment plans aligned with client goals

    Educate guests on home care, retail products, and service enhancements

    Consistently meet or exceed service and retail performance expectations

    Team Leadership & Support

    Serve as a lead resource for estheticians regarding services, protocols, and product knowledge

    Support onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skill development of the esthetics team

    Lead by example in professionalism, service quality, and guest experience

    Partner with management to reinforce standards, policies, and performance expectations

    Encourage team engagement, accountability, and a positive spa culture

    Training & Performance

    Participate in and assist with hands-on training, workshops, and webinars

    Support education initiatives, including new services, devices, and retail launches

    Assist in tracking team progress toward sales, upgrade, and membership goals

    Operations & Environment

    Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of treatment rooms and common areas

    Ensure adherence to state regulations, safety standards, and brand protocols

    Promote memberships, referrals, and guest retention initiatives

    Requirements

    Current Florida Esthetician License

    Proven strong retail and in-room upgrade performance

    Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support peers

    Knowledge of facial services, advanced skincare treatments, and product lines

    Active professional liability insurance

    Excellent communication, professionalism, and guest-service skills
