We're growing and looking for a licensed, experienced Illinois home inspector who's ready to hit the ground running. What We Offer: • 50% of every inspection fee — above market for this area • 50% of all ancillary services you perform (radon, sewer scope, mold, WDO, pest, etc.) • No franchise fees, no royalties, no corporate overhead cutting into your income • Major equipment provided — FLIR thermal imager, 360 camera, GoPro, roof inspection pole • Paid training period to learn our systems and templates before going to full commission • Established brand with strong agent relationships and consistent referral flow across the southwest and west suburbs What We Need: • Active Illinois Home Inspector license — required, no exceptions • Minimum 100 completed paid inspections — include your count in your application • Professional, reliable, and responsive — clients and agents expect prompt communication • Your own vehicle and basic hand tools You'll learn our Spectora-based reporting system quickly. If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll be running independently within weeks, not months. This is a meritocracy — you build your book, you earn more.
