Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalized financial strategies that align with clients' goals and aspirations Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and transparency in all interactions Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify clients' needs and opportunities for growth Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices Utilize advanced planning tools and CRM systems to streamline client management and communication Educate clients on a range of financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement plans, to empower informed decision-making Qualifications: Desired • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good knowledge of risk management and investment strategies Nice-to-haves: • CFP certification • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of CRM software and financial data analysis tools • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Proficiency in MS Office Compensation: $127,000 - $300,000+
